Kelly Pavlik vs Winky Wright....Who Wins??

Wlad Owns...
I just wanted to let you know that it is posts like this that get you in hot water with so many people.
If you think that is what is going to happen, then cool, you are entitled to your opinion (and in this case, it's really not a stretch to think that is how this one is going to go down), but you just write all your posts with a lot of negativity towards one fighter, and you ALWAYS talk in 100% absolutes.
X will DESTROY Y...
Lol, in fact, I don't think you've ever predicted a decision victory (joking of course, but you do not predict very many decision victories).
If we reverse it, you may be able to see what I am talking about. Which post would you be more receptive to have a good discussion with and which one would you tell whoever to guy **** themselves:
1. Tony Thompson has a decent chance of taking a decision from Wladimir Klitschko, because he is going to be able to get on the inside and outwork Klitschko.
OR
2. Tony Thompson is going to but Wlad in a ****ing coma. His glass chin is getting shattered!
By the way... sorry about that massive Wlad hate thread from about a week ago... you really pissed me off that night, but... I can't really use that as a valid excuse... it was a pretty ***** move on my part.Comment

He isn't going to be used to blocking the southpaw jab though... that is where he can get into trouble if he isn't sure what adjustments to make when fighting an elite southpaw.
That, and Wright has the most frustrating style in the world (make that second most frustrating... pretty sure Hopkins takes the cake, considering he frustrated the **** out of Winky, and not vice versa). Pavlik really might have his workrate cut in half by an inability to land through the guard and counterpunches landing after he gets done throwing a combination.
That has definately been known to happen once or twice in the sport.Comment

I think Spinks could actually make Floyd look terible if they fought....he has the most awkward style IMO.Comment

You stole my thunder you quick-typing mother****er!
It is alarming that a fight in which Pavlik threw so much and Taylor threw so little was so close. Especially when you consider that Pavlik's defense is considered an asset to him, and not a liability.Comment

I always thought that Spinks would have a damn good shot at him as well.
If Judah did that well with his jab, think what Spinks would do, since he is more jab reliant, and he doesn't blow his whole stamina in 4 rounds.
Floyd's right hand counter would be even more effective against a southpaw though... interesting fight indeed, but probably not balls to the wall exciting.Comment
