What gets me is the people going "After joe whoops roy, then he can fight so and so.."

as if this fight is a no-brainer... a pushover... a tease.. a joke...

Th only joke is those peoples mentality of what roy still has left.
THeres nothing wrong with feeling joe will beat roy, thats more than reasonable... but to brush off roy as if he is nothing, is absolutely absurd.

The REAL one punch at a time was bernard hopkins... and the guy who REALLY showed fatigue was bernard hopkins after round 5... roy still does have stamina regardless of what people think, hes always had tremendous stamina... he still has faster hands than both bernard AN joe IMO... roy throws FAST straight leads ALL the time, uppercuts hooks... 3,4,5 punch combos, and double left hooks... STILL.... he has more power than bernard... as he is just naturally bigger... and joe is no where near the puncher that tarver was...

Theres nothin wrong with thinkin joe would beat roy... just dont brush off roy as if hes nobody.

what else is funny.. if the roy that fought tito... lets just say we gave roy a different name in that fight... lets call him paul... and lets say hes a great prospect in the game, and tito is fighting him as a tune up... try to follow me here... its actually roy fighting, but lets just say we dont know its roy... after the fight, we would all be like... i mean this paul guy has got some great hand speed, and combinations, and blah blah... i think he would be praised... but since we only COMPARE this roy to the old roy... this roy looks like ****... but how many world champions looked like **** compare to the old roy? This roy may not be on that level anymore... but hes still elite, regardless of what people think.. he can still compete, and he can still spoil your fight game.

The last thing is people say he doesnt have the reflexes , that was his whole thing... well in case nobodys noticed... roys completely changed the way he fights... instead of using reflexes and lateral movement for defense, he now uses his still intact hand eye coordination, keeps his hands up to block punches, and looks for sharp quick counters after the opponent throws... its not the same style anymore.. and i praise him for being 39 yrs old, fighting one way his whole life.. and being able to change it up at the latest stage in his career.... not many people can do that...

Tito was SWEPTED BY Winky and hadnt fought in three years.. not only that he never fought as high as 170 before ( i think thats where him and Roy met) and he still managaed to win the first 2-3 rounds.
