The breakdown I did of Miguel is to me, very similar to the words and language you are using to describe Floyd's fights. ANYONE can break a fighters record down and say he hasn't faced anyone. If you can't see that you're doing it for some people and not the other, well that's why I assume you dislike Floyd. Maybe I'm mistaken and you don't care either way.

Hatton got the fight because TONS of people (very similar to the people yelling Cotto and Marg now) were saying Floyd was ducking him. Floyd was scared. Floyd would never fight him. In fact this place was the home for such sentiments. Hatton ran his mouth over and over again nonstop.

Now as you remember Floyd had just fought Oscar at 150ish. He knew about Hatton's weakness and he knew from the Roy Jones/Tarver weight class, that dropping back down would not be good for him. Remember the Ricky Hatton is bigger than Floyd threads? Too powerful? Remember that Hatton started off where he was, and Floyd moved up from way south of that weight. It's Hatton's fault for agreeing to that weight. It doesn't discount the win. Do you really think Hatton would have beaten Floyd at 140? Even if not, and your whole point is about the WW division, do you really think Floyd was ducking Margarito when the Oscar fight was there for him? Why would someone fight Marg instead of Oscar? Especially when that someone has been trying to get a fight with Oscar for years and has been calling him out for years. I'm just saying.....
