Margarito is not quite as effective against taller guys. I never really seen him struggle against shorter guys. Clottey gave him something to think about, but he is a good sized welter and once Margarito lets his hands go he pulled through.

I'm just curious to see how much accumulation of punches Margarito can handle for 12 rounds with his coming forward style and all, on the other hand Cotto has been known to adjust to his opponent's strength...Cotto will find a way to win

people rogelio is right cott is going to be in with a fighter who is the same size as he is. and margarito can take a punch

I am going with margarito by 8th round tko he will be on cotto early and will beat him down in a very tough fight. margarito has been in with stronger punchers then cotto and has the x-factor cotto better be wary of called durability. if cott doesn't stick and move (how can he with the shorter reach) then this is margarito's fight

like i said it was a comparison all that means is losses don't mean ****. Well margarito has 3 losses before he was 18 and another that was stopped due to a headbutt. Man what horrible losses this guys is garbage
