i respect your opinion but i think it is a combination of his relentless nature his iron chin and unnatural power that makes him such a dangerous fighter. juan diaz is a come forward fighter and a true warrior but he dont have no power. margarito has the power and the chin that makes him like a human tank that no man can stop and you would have to be a fool not to try and get out of the way. we have seen what happens to a man brave or foolish enough to stand toe to toe with the tijuana tornado.

Cotto has been rocked in the Corley..Torres..Judah..and Mosley fight.

I think Margarito throws more then Shane/Judah and weill land more because of it...albeit mssing some but still...

Exactly. Margarito is more of a volume puncher than a power puncher. He's a bruiser who wears opponents down, though he is capable of overwhelming lesser opponents with *******s of punches at any given moment. I think the Lujan fight is a good example of how hard he hits. Lujan has been starched in 2 rounds by a journeyman and dropped by a single Walter Matthysse left hook. While Margarito hit him with everything but the kitchen sink and literally beat the ear off him, yet never put him down.
