i think it should be mike tyson...why not?
Who should Sam Peter's voluntary opponent be?

You're right. I think people are missing the point of "voluntary". The idea is to find an opponent that is either going to make you a lot of money, or not be much of a threat to beat you.Comment

he may not have neccesairly wanted to put on all that muscle. if you look at the begining of his career he was very trim.
the result of all that weight is steroids. he takes them for his asthma so for him they're legalComment

But he has had asthma since he was a kid, wouldn't he have been taking steroids back when he was trim as well, if they were legal?Comment

i wouldnt mind seeing david tua get a shot. true he's been fighting bums, but at least he's been active. how is golota more deserving of getting a shot at this point anymore than tua is. besides with tua at least it will be exciting, 2 ****ers, this fight will gurantee a knockout. arreola seems to be a good option, but he needs more figths, golota and tua are obviously more experienced than him and would deserve an opportunity more than he does. he has yet to beat someone of notice. povetkin will fight klitschko after thompson so there's no need to rush him further.
give tua a shotComment

that's a good point, perhaps yes, but im not sure about what he did in the past.
i know a while ago i read an interview with him, when he told eric raskin (writer for ring magazine) that he's taking steroids for his asthma. im not sure what type of steroid it was, but he's definetly juiced.Comment

here's a link, it's brief but he admits to it.Comment

Thanks for the link, it's the not performance enhancing kind of steroids though, that leads me to think that he put on the muscle voluntarily.http://www.thesweetscience.com/boxin...s-steroid-use/
