Who Would Mayweather Rather Not Have To Deal With?

All Margarito does is come straight forward. There's no way in hell his workrate will be as impressive against a moving target. Floyd would have to work hard, but he'd make it look easy. He can see Marg's shots coming all night.Comment

This all comes down to the fact that the Cotto haters and Margarito ball jugglers will say it's Tony, and the Cotto cum jello shooters and Margarito naysers will say it's Cotto. I can only trust the Hopkins cross burners and bitter that Calzaghe got the decision crybabies on this one..Comment

The award for biggest Miguel Cotto hater alive goes to you my friend.
You completely write him off like he has no chance to a point where its hilarious.Comment

You make it sound like another Corrales situation.
Who knows, you may very well be right.Comment

In all honestly, I would not write off Cotto in this fight, I understand the threat Cotto brings to the table and I praise his power/boxing skills, he is after all one of my favorite fighters today. But Tony is my boy, and I'm sticking to my guns on this one. I feel that Cotto has never played the roll of the boxer in all of his fights, he's always been the aggressor and all of his opponents have either ran from him or tried to avoid his power.
Margarito is the total opposite of this, he matches up to Cotto's aggression and power, plus he's relentless, throws 100+ punches per round, works incredibly well on the inside, has an iron chin and balls made out of brass. Cotto has not fought anyone as tough as Margarito, Shane Mosley came close in the fact that he traded with Miguel in a bunch of rounds, and actually played the aggressor in the last rounds of the fight and had Miguel up on his bike. Perhaps an indication that he was either hurt or tired? or maybe he felt he did enough to win the fight and tried pulling a DeLaHoya vs. Trinidad, but ended up winning the decision in this case. Anyway, the difference here is that Tony is going to start chasing, throwing, and won't stop against Cotto from rounds 1 to 12. May the best man win, but I know Tony will come out on top, I have no more doubts in my mind about this outcome.Comment

Smaller in height only. He's more stocky. More power in his legs which is where a majority of your punching power comes from. The base. Floyd has runners legs and we know why. Cottos chin was suspect as 140 when he was starching himself - this has been debunked 30 threads ago. Cotto landed 60 punches on Gomez in one round - yes it was Gomez - but once again Cotto landed 60 punches in one round. Suspect stamina? Since when? LMFAO. You're a clown.Comment
