But Woods is not Calzaghe, that was kinda my point. Tarver impressed me, though.

people have to realise that Tarver has RJJ's number, I wouldnt necessarily take tarver seriously for calling out RJJ. He just wants to fight Joe C and he knows RJJ is in the way of that fight and the only way to get the fight would be to get rid of a fighter he has already beaten twice, I dont even think HBO would allow RJJ to fight tarver now. They would rather him and Joe C get it on because they would probably make more money in a fight like that than a Tarver/RJJ or Tarver/Joe c fight.Comment

I think Calz edges Roy's speed nowadays to be honest and Calzaghe's attacks would be much more succesful than against Bernard because usually Roy comes to fight not bearhug. If Calzaghes chin holds up (which I think it will) Roy's in for a long night, as he's used to guys stepping off him cowering under his power; I dont think he'll get that with Calz, if he gets caught he will wanna trade with Roy. Still a tough fight to call though, not sure which way it would go.Comment

Only a matter of days post Calzaghe beating Hopkins, and the amount of call outs, hype and possibilities is ridiculous. Roy gets in as soon as he can, saying "I'd like to reserve coming to Wales to fight you". Glen Johnson already did after his lost in his video speeches. Then Tarver calls out Calzaghe saying he's the man to come through. And, he'll even have a fight off with RJJ a 4th time to make it happen. It'd be hilarious if nothing more, seeing Calzaghe coching on a beech somewhere watching em battle it out a 4th time, then waiting for the call from the winner saying "can I fight you now Mr C?".
Ok I'm having some fun with it, but it's justified. Peope don't seem to care about Tarver so much it seems. It beggers the question, why don't Pavlik or Dawson call Calzaghe out, or even talk about him much, AFAIK?Comment
