    Calzaghe vs. Tarver?

**** that. It'll be another boring fight and it'll just open up some more Boxing bashing by the MMA's and UFC's.

Calzaghe,Tarver, and Johnson are all great with me. If Roy does fight Calzaghe first though, he should still avenge the Ls, and go after Johnson in his next fight and then Tarver for a fourth time. Also I hope we dont have to wait all year to see him get at Calzaghe, I know they've been saying nov-dec. I would be great if Roy could have 2 fights this year, one in july-august and one at the end of the year.

I feel like Roy needs to beat a Johnson or a Dawson before he gets Calzaghe, but we all know it doesnt work that way.

the only reason why Calzaghe looked horrible was b/c Hopkins' style is so crafty it's hard to catch BHOP w/ clean punch. Calzghe will roll threw Roy. Roy's defense is terrible, his reflexes wont be able to work against calzaghe's quick slaps. I expect a one sided affair.

P.S - Tarver should stick to his fight w/ Dawson..

why would anyone want to see Tarver/Jones IV???

Calzaghe/Jones isn't a good fight either. Jones is shot.

I find it genuinely interesting some fans of Calzaghe like me have more faith in RJJ abilities now to warrant a fight with Joe, despite RJJ not being that interested before.

Yet some fans of RJJ aren't so sure he's ready for Joe right away.

I don't know which is right, or if it's a mixture. But you'd think it might be the other way round if anything, know what I mean?

I do take the former view, and think RJJ would probs just edge it with Tarver now, and 50/50 with Calzaghe. Whereas imo Joe would beat Tarver much easier, despite to some extent being more proven of late then RJJ.

Perhaps it's the previous displays of RJJ, his intelligence, potential and signs of reaching it again that leads some to the former view.

I'm missing something here? What is that going to prove? He already got the best of Jones (sorry reed and other Roy Jones Fans but its the truth)

Tarver needs to fight Dawson or Calzaghe to unify the division.
