Hatton was a "superstar" in his own right representing the U.K and Baldomir was the Recognized champion
That's not my argument. All im saying is, many people here think that its just as easy as "calling him out". Margo took "calling him out" to the next level, and did it work? No. If Floyd doesnt wanna fight u, then he doesnt wanna fight u. It doesnt matter if u smack his momma!

Very True! It all comes down to risk vs. reward for Floyd. Too high of a risk, and he will avoid the reward.

Margarito was the guy who everyone wanted Floyd to fight. Margarito crashed his press conference and called him out right to his face. The fight Did not happen and all we saw was Floyd acting paranoid and looking over his shoulder all night.

This has nothing to do with calling Floyd out. If Cotto did, Floyd would say Cotto does not bring enough money to the bank. It is the ultimate excuse and too many people have bought it.

All you need to do, is step back and look how it all transpired. It does not matter who you are a fan of. Floyd is guaranteed a great payday no matter who he fights. The money excuse is just that, an excuse.

It would be huge. Not only that, it would keep him in the public eye, improve his legacy and make him more money.

He could have fought Cotto last weekend, made an extra 10-15 million to pad his bank and still have a rematch with ODLH in September.

If it was all about the money, nobody would turn down 10-15 million. Floyd might act like that is not enough, and if he does well then he has priced himself out of being a fighter. He is enough of a draw that he could make serious money just by staying busy. But he is copying the ODLH, fans are suckers ***** act.

While that might be true, how many times can Floyd beat a dead horse? The boxing world is already fed up with his antics.

              As Ree****yaluss put it:

Floyd is the Patriots, yet he keeps playing the Dolphins instead of manning up against the Cowboys or Packers, etc.....

well yeah i agree.. the ONLY reason the oscar thing is ok in my book is for all the things i said before...

                -Gave him a SD
                -Floyd inactive
                -Oscar active
                -Floyd Sr in his corner
-Floyd not focused on boxing at all

The hatton fight makes me sick
