Why not? He put up a good fight at Floyd's weight, in his backyard (literally) with a ****-up for a ref. If you see it any different, you are a Floyd nutthugger. Ive never seen cheating ass elbows landed so much in all my life over those 9 rounds. Hatton may not win the rematch, but I gaurantee it will be more competative with a different ref. He got ****ed by Cortez, plain and simple.

At whatever weight class, Floyd will win. Fighting again, whether at 140 or 147 is a waste of time and WILL NOT be interesting, at all.

Your avatar pic is stunning. I love her. But, don't ever compare the Hatton performance to the one Gatti put up against Floyd. That is piss poor and disrespectfull on every level. Hatton won half of the rounds before the stoppage according everyone who does'nt live in Las Vegar or Judge there regularly.

This is ****en bull****. I'm a big floyd fan i love watching him fight and i will defend him in arguments. But if he does this fight I will stop defending him. The dlh rematch is bad enough and now this bull****?? He needs to fight the winner of marg/cotto before he does hatton. If he doesnt fight the winner of marg/cotto then i will still acknowledge as the best boxer/fighter in the sport you cant really argue that but i will lose some love for him. I wish he would just beat cotto or marg then go do whatever it is you want to do. then you would have nothing else to prove.

If the money is right then "Money" will follow the money. I agree that this fight is a joke. No one needs or wants to see it. Floyd is a great fighter. I think that is clear. I also think it is clear that at this point in his career it is about maximising his revenue and not about building a further legacy.

You are seriously defending the Gatti that Floyd fought as a better fighter than DeMarcus Corley?

Did Gatti ever beat anyone worth talking about? Did he ever even make it a close fight against an elite? Corley lost an SD against Judah, which is a HELL of a lot more than Gatti ever did.

Also, Corley never did actually beat an elite fighter, so it's not like you should be proud to have him as your highlight win.
