And age doesn't count if you don't compared it. Age difference is what is most important, in the case of oscar and floyd, they had a 4 year gap, and floyd was smashed by all of you here because of a 4 year difference, cotto had a 9 year difference to shane and that doesn't seem to matter as much. talk about being fair huh?
I believe the catch weight was 150-152.. who cares...oscar is a part time fighter.. you suck btw

Cotto has proven already that he more then just hype.

Also, Alfonso Gomez is a stay active/tune-up fight.

Cotto deserves praise for bein a hell of a fighter, but whenever a good, exciting fighter is undefeated, people get carried away with the huggin **** and make him out to be a monster. Cotto's good enough to be more than just hype, but he ain't unstoppable.

              I believe the hype!

Now you wanna talk about lame, how about fighting a guy who was ready for the geriatric ward and then topping it off against a midget who constantly forced him to the ropes where he needed the divine intervention of a referee who was clearly biased. I won't name names though, that would be mean

I wasn't implying anybody ever said word for word "Cotto is unstoppable". I just meant give the guy credit for bein a good fighter but don't overrate him.
