I realize he is avoiding him. I still believe he will fight him. I don't approve of another fight with Oscar. If he never fights Cotto then its a duck.

i cant understand hatton only called him once and he fought hatton right away coming from the so called retirement. now cotto and cotto fans had been calling him out but still he makes excuses. damn what a fake. he is just **** riding on his opponents fan base. what a loser. thought he was great howcome he can't bring his own crowd? faker. let him be a joke and let him stay in WWE

if there's any sign of risk that mayweather senses he wont take the fight. guys like margarito, and cotto present a lot of risk. these are the type of fighters who dont give a **** how cute floyd is out there, they will engage floyd. these fighters can ruin Junior.

i doubt floyd will find any balls to make either fight, cuz he's a ***** that expects to take on the easiest guy for the most money.

some might say, sure, how's oscar easy when he's a bigger man? well a lot of people forget that oscar is not a man in his twenties anymore, his best bet is to catch floyd with a punch, other than that mayweather will do what he always does, run like a *****. and oscar with his old legs wont be able to keep up with him.

          it's that simple really

Although I would much rather see Floyd fight Cotto rather than Oscar, I do think Cotto needs to win the other belts in order to silence all critics. Let them fight to unify, so there will be absolutely no questions asked, Floyd WILL not have to fight Cintron or Quintana or whoever afterwards, etc.

And by the way, I do not like Cotto's chances at ALL. I think Oscar has a better shot at beating Floyd.

Still, I would rather see the Cotto fight.

So ,what I'm hearing is That Cotto is too much of a threat that Floyd won't fight him. Cotto is the only guy to fight in WW division . Cotto doesn't need to get all the belts to get a fight with Floyd. Floyd is WBC champ , he is not unified either. Floyd beat Baldomir to become the man at WW but is that more prestigious than Cotto beating Mosley.

              Floyd quit ****in stalling.

Floyd gave Bruseles, Mitchell,Ndou,Corley etc opportunities but why not Cotto? Oscar gave you the opportunity and that fight has made you rich and brought you fame. Step up and take on the most worthy fighter in the WW division and may the best fighter WIN.

Remember when Oscar was at WW and fighting those guys like Sweet Pea, Quartey, and Trinidad. Imagine if Oscar refused to fight these guys and claimed to be the best. He would get laughed at. What if Oscar said " I won't fight Quartey because he is a nobody and brings nothing to the table" Oscar would get ripped apart. Oscar took risks at WW against guys that were on his level and took the fights, risking a defeat.

Cotto is in his prime and Floyd is in his prime , so Why is this fight not happening?
The fight won't happen. Floyd recently said in an interview he won't fight the younger stars anymore. HE said he doesn't want them to milk him and if they want to make it big they have to do it on themselves. Kinda makes sense. Floyd isn't in his prime nomore, he's 31. Oh he also said that he could be talked into rematching Oscar or Hatton.

At this point Floyd is picking his fights.
