It doesn't say much for your talent when you need the ref to let you cheat to be able to win.
No, I think if you actually read the comments that have been made you'll see that it was the incorrect point deduction and the leniency towards elbows, forearms and other infringements by Mayweather that were criticised.

How many marks do you give the referee out of 10 for his performance that night?

Have a quick watch of the knockdown; Hatton comes forward with a left, while his right arm moves back to throw a big right, and this leaves him wide open to the Mayweather shot.

I cannot think of a single decision that Hatton was given in Manchester that he didn't deserve. Which ones do you and Paulie have in mind?

I dont doubt ANY hatton victory at the MEN arena of course not, But i agree with Paulie M in him saying if a fight between those two goes to the scorecard NO way he, mayweather or anyone else gets the decision in the MEN arena.

Agree with that. Maybe not 9/10 times though :-P

I don't agree, but at the same time I accept that you have a point in that it's not completely fair. I think that when it's a UK boxer vs a US boxer the referee should be from a neutral location.

              Floyd is better anyway.
Your from England and you made this statement? Damn, I'm shocked. I give you props.

Your mother squealed like a pig last night. And you're out of orange juice.

I don't think it's entirely fair to jump to that conclusion. There has never been a Hatton fight at the MEN where the result was in doubt.

Lots of British boxing fans predicted that Hatton would lose. It's just that a lot of people who don't watch much boxing became Hatton supporters and thought that they were experts on the sport because they'd seen a few highlight videos on youtube. Most British boxing fans accept that Floyd is the most talented fighter in the world.
