Users of this forum knows that we have been trough this subject thouroughly in several posts this past week.

The only thing missing from this thread is ThreadStealer saying that he hates Vitali aka. Britley and that an injury will prevent this fight from happening.

For the record I like a rusty Vitali by big KO over the extremely slow Peter.

Dont blame him for wanting an immediate title shot that he was rightfully appointed and couldnt get because of delays that were out of his control. The boxing world should be happy that he is coming back. Do you think that Vitali would have let Ibragimov survive the full 12 rounds 3 weeks ago? NO, he wouldnt have. He is very skilled in an awkward way, has never been knocked down legally as a pro and has like a 97% KO ratio. If anyone thinks that Vitali is doing something that they wouldnt do, is either ****** or a liar.
I didn't say that I blamed him for wanting a title shot, or a big paycheck. The fact that he has the right to do so is ridiculous. He hasn't fought for over three years, and he deserves a shot? These disgraceful sanctioning bodies strip real champions of their belts when they pass on fighting a joke of a mandatory to take a real fight, but in Vitali's case, "he never lost the belt, so he can have a title shot any time he wants". Are you serious? What if had been 10 or 15 years. If he was forty something, and weighed 300 pounds, you think he still has the right to a shot? I never said I blamed him for wanting a shot, but I think it's laughable that as "Champion Emeritus", which is sillier than Interim Champ, Regular Champ, Super Champ, or any of the other god awful titles that the WBC has created, there wasn't a statute of limitations placed upon this so-called "right". And yes, Vitali in his prime would've destroyed Ibragimov, IF he made it to the fight. But the harsh truth of the situation is that he hasn't made it through a camp, and he hasn't stepped in the ring. What has Vitali Klitschko done for the sport in the last 3 years? Losing an election doesn't count, either.

Vitali would beat Peter just like he did Johnson! So long as he is healthy!

This fight, should it happen, will do so much good for the HW division, it's not even funny.
              1. It gets Don King out of the picture. With Don King in the picture, Wlad will never be able to fight Peter, people need to realize that. So all this talk about Vitali standing in the way of unification is done by people who have no clue what they're talking about. In fact, Vitali would be clearing the way for the unification.
              2. The fight would get Peter the Rabbit out of the picture. The situation when WBC was calling him the champion prior to the fight and during the announcement, was disgraceful.
              3. It would be a lot of fun to see Peter talk his usual **** before the fight, telling everyone how he will punish Vitali and then hit the canvas in about 8th round. He would then thank the Lord and would yell, "WHONEST".

All that would happen, if Vitali would make it to the ring, which is a remote chance at best. If he does though, I am willing to bet all my points on him.

I wonder how much people will clamor for an all Klit unification bout. I don't think they would ever fight one another but the push to see the bout happen would be interesting.

You do realize there is even less of a chance for Vitali to fight Wlad than Peter to fight Wlad, right? That DEFINITELY stops the unification run considering these two will NEVER fight one another.

The Klitschkos have sworn never to fight each other, so the chance of seeing that is about as great as seeing good taste in Las Vegas.

In fact they have stated that the goal is for both of them to be champions at the same time.

                      Good-bye unification.
