I got you son but listen to your own advice, watch the fight especially spinks, He tells Taylor to throw his hands and to not wait twenty minutes to throw another punch, Taylor says yessir and does the opposite, thats Taylor being an idiot not Manny

It doesn't seem that Roger is trying to be a full time trainer to me. He seems content with a handful of fighters, so of course he's not going to be on Stewards level in terms of accomplishments.

Also, Roach is NOT a good trainer. He rode Manny Pac to stardom and hasn't done much else.

he shouldnt fell ******...he provided taylor with the right advice to drop pavlik in the second round...had taylor not gotten knockout happy he would have put him away...instead he punched himself out...

thats not manny's fault...its taylor's fault for swinging like a wildman when as a professional he should have known better...

Because he happens to be the trainer of the #1 fighter in the world today? Is that alone all it takes to be considered one of, if not, the greatest trainer in boxing today?

Don't get me wrong, Roger Mayweather is a hell of a trainer and one of the better trainers in the sport today. But who else, aside from his nephew Floyd Jr, has he taken to the top? The answer is nobody.

And when compared side by side to legendary trainers like Emmanuel Steward (Who's trained 22 World Champions) and Freddie Roach (Who's trained 20 World Champions), I'm sorry but Roger Mayweather falls far behind the pack.

This "Roger Mayweather is the best trainer in the world" **** needs to stop, he's a good trainer, and the only match for Mayweather Jr I'm sure, but in terms of accomplishments he isn't fit to carry Roach or Steward's spit bucket.
This is getting pretty old. First it's "who has floyd fought" now its turning to "who has roger trained" lmfao get over the hate son

how is it taylors fault? emmanual trained him to go in there for the knockout. He made pavlik out to be a bumb and told everyone taylor would ko him. That was the whole fight plan made by manny to ko pavlik how is it taylors fault when all he did was go out and try to do what emmanual trained him to do.

just because he trains the best p4p fighter in the world doesnt mean he's even in the top 3 of best current trainers. if people are basing their opinions off of PBF's success, then they need to ask themselves why other fighters Roger has and IS training have not accomplished even a 3rd of what PBF has.

i dont think manny told him to swing like an boxer having his first amatuer fight...and besides...taylor knows better than to get into that...espcially when punches arent landing...

roger is not really commited to anything else but floyd. So for anyone to try to compare his other fighters is ****** because all his attention is on floyd they got something good going on.
