deevel 79 thats what I meant but I actually think delahoya gave his best and I think that mayweather held back knowing that a rematch was in the future and I think this time around he will punish delahoya.

I don't know if he held back but I know he never left second gear. This one will be interesing to see if he actually pushes it this time.

You Cotto fans would be saying the same **** if he was on top of the fight game like Floyd is. Hell, even now Cotto would fight Oscar over Floyd. Why? BECAUSE ITS ABOUT THE MONEY. You guys act like its about proving who is best, but they try to be the best cuz thats where the money is. And if they don't have to be the best to get the money, they don't give a damn. It is true throughout the history of the sport.
And remember, 2 years ago it was Judah who was going to beat Floyd. Last year it was Margarito. Cotto is just the latest name to be thrown out there as "the guy who beats Mayweather."

                  So lets sort this out.

Mosley and DLH fight two very close fights (many people think DLH won one of them).
Floyd beats DLH and is run into the ground for it.
Cotto beats Mosley and is praised.

I would have to say that neither win is much more impressive than the other.

You realize Shane aged right, and during the DelaHoya fight he was connected to Balco so he was even tougher? Youre acting like Cotto beat the Shane Mosely that fought Oscar. Cotto is one of my top five fighters but lets be real.

well Floyd is phyiscally & technically more gifted than Cotto so IMO Cotto deserves more respect than Floyd does for beating Dela Hoya cause Mosley had a very good chance to beat Cotto infact most people on NSB were predicting an easy KO for Mosley ,Cotto being the underdog tells its own story when u compare it to Floyd v Oscar

i agree Molsey & Oscar are probably on a par when it comes to levels though
