Of course Cotto would choose bouts that would make him a ****load of money. When Floyd was on his way up, similar to the position Cotto is in now, he was calling out everyone, **** when he won the 130 pound title he wanted Oscar and Shane already.

I don't think so, he seems like the type of guy wanting to fight the best, his pride won't let him do less IMO.

Mosley is a slick guy. He took the Wright bout because he was insulted at the fact that Oscar still wanted more money than him for the third bout after Shane already beat him twice.

Youre acting like Cotto calls people or makes the fights, Cotto is the one who says that whoever he fights is up to his management. How big is his ego if he is fighting Alfonso Gomez? People will say, oh thats a tune-up, but Cotto is fairly active so why is a tuneup needed, thats what i dont get.

Well I wouldn't either and love to see a rematch because Shane does a lot better in rematches, but I was just trying to make a point.

avoid certain challenges as was Mosleys ego to big to stay away from Winky
I don't know about that. Shane looked so disencouraged by the end of the Oscar fight I think he thought "Let's try this insted. I don't want to deal with Oscar again."

If Shane had beat Winky (lol) I bet Oscar and Shane would have had a 3rd match up. I think he was just trying to focus on someone else first and unifying the division.

I do think that Mayweather-Cotto should happen and I hope to god De La Hoya decides to fight Pacquiao after Forbes insted of Mayweather.

Its not like Mosley did'nt know Winky was one of the most avoided fighters in Boxing though is it ,his own promoter was telling him not to take the fight

So far he is fighting old men, never has beens, fighters from “the contender” and so on, so... why not?

I am having a great time reading the wishful comments of Mayweather haters. Cotto is a real man, Cotto this, Cotto there... You people are HILARIOUS.
