Hes definitely not P4P anything... Although... IF, and I say IF he COULD beat joe... that would do wonders for his status... But a Win over Tito does nothing more than say.... Ok, youve deemed your self worthy of another step up in competition...

If Roy was to have fought a few years earlier I don't think he would have ever won a widdleweight championship. Numerous fighters of the 80s would have made Roy look silly. Lets see how many fighters would have beaten him at thesame weight in the previous 10 years I guess we can start off with Marvin Hagler, Thomas Hearns, Roberto Duran, and Sugar Ray Leonard,Gerald McClellan,Julian Jackson,Nigel Benn,Chris Eubanks,Mike McCallum,John Mugabi,. There is a simple 10 no-doubters. We saw what McClellanan did to Roy as an amatuer. What if he would have hit Roy without Roy wearing the headgear.. Nite-Nite Roy.. Roy should consider himself a very lucky man.
You forgot to mention Steve Collins. Twat.

Some of those fighters you mentioned wouldn't even have won a round against Roy Jones, let alone a fight. Hopefully your other contributions here won't be as ridiculous.

but if he was from wales hed be the best of all time right?
u post nothing contructive.. ur bias is rediculous, and i know its off topic but roy wouldve destroyed calzaghe. u better believe that..

roy is a fighter who will be remembered until he passes.. hes entertaining..

hes not a late bloomer who finally got his confidence after the lacy fight.. and call me crazy, i pik roy to beat hagler.. sugar ray squeezed it out. roy wouldve done the same in a cautious boring hopkins type fight.

Duran wasn't very good at middleweight. He gave Hagler a reasonably competitive fight (those judges were off, Hagler won that by wider margins) and beat Barkley in 1989, but overall, he was inconsistent above 147 (starting with New Orleans). He was best at lightweight, and Leonard at 147.

Plus today's middleweights are generally bigger thanks to the different weigh-in rules.
