Why didn't Hatton sell that much before his fight with Floyd Mayweather? Sure he sold that much...but it was because who he was fighting. Obviously Britain has all Hatton fans but do you think people would buy that much PPV's if he faced Freddie Pendelton or the P4P #1 in the world who is one of the most popular fighter right now in the game? Again you didn't answer my question...why did Hatton fight all of those guys when he said "Ill fight him if it becomes more appealing to the public" if Hatton is a multi millionaire why would he want it to be more appealing to the public when he has got loads? Witter might be wrong in saying he will fight Hatton for free but it doesn't make sense, I used to defend Hatton all the time but can you give me a few tips mate on how to defend him on this situation? because I sure cant
Who is the biggest ducker?

How was he using Warren as a cover? If he has a contract with Warren then Warren naturally has a pretty large say in who he fights.Comment

How its not going to attract more viewers when all Sky talk about is a Hatton/Witter FIght..???
Are you serious..??Comment

Where have you been dude? Sky only talks about that fight all time time, EVERYONE wants to see a Hatton-Witter fight including Hatton fans, All the commentators, etc. That is big fight in Britain and it has been done with all over the media for years, you are not sure it would have attracted more viewers than Pendleton or Tackie? ...Come on manComment

It's not a case of defending him it is a case of explaining the situation. Hatton has been on PPV in the UK six times now so he has been drawing enough for Sky to put him there for the past two years. Hatton was fighting with a view to earning a title shot. In order for him to divert from that route it would only be sensible to fight someone who offered a large payday. Witter didn't. Not only that, but Witter wasn't even making the kinds of fights that would have put pressure on Hatton to fight him and I'm afraid invading interviews simply isn't a good enough reason.Comment

It's not all Sky talk about. Witter is at the height of his fame right now and is still not well known. The fight with Tackie was far more beneficial than a fight with Witter.Where have you been dude? Sky only talks about that fight all time time, EVERYONE wants to see a Hatton-Witter fight including Hatton fans, All the commentators, etc. That is big fight in Britain and it has been done with all over the media for years, you are not sure it would have attracted more viewers than Pendleton or Tackie? ...Come on manComment

Witter is not that well known now and was even less renowned five years ago. It is not all Sky talk about and even if it was it's irrelevant because the majority of the people who watched Hatton fights weren't hanging around to hear Johnny Nelson and Nicky Piper bump their gums.Comment

There's a reason Hattons sticks to the Maussa's and Urangos of the world.Ok, before world war three breaks out, Witter called hatton out to his face, hatton was seriously intimidated, people should go to you tube and put a search on 'hatton ducking' and watch the video before they comment, because he obviously doesnt want it with witter.Comment

haha. That's true.
I for one will be eternally grateful for Hatton introducing Maussa into my life, and making me watch him nearly decapitate Harris with a style that can only be described as 'skinny school of his **** on crack'Comment
