Does anyone remember when he knocked down that fake wall made out of styrofoam and had those Aztecs playing those ram horns. That was some classic laugh your ass **** right there. That was some low budget ****, just like his career.

I know this because you ask a question, and then proceed to tell us why "far and away" Oscar has gotten the most gift decisions. That, coupled with the fact that you didn't list any of the screwy decisions that went against Oscar makes me know for sure that you have a chip on your shoulder against Oscar, and you were just looking for a chance to berate people if they disagreed with you.
d, come on man, i have only been on this post for a month or so but made it very clear to everyone that i can't stand that cross dressing coward.

having that said, i'm never out to argue with anyone. a may respond to some of these juveniles fro time to time but even that is a waste of time and of no pleasure.

i was honestly asking if anyone knew, and I would still like to know, what fighter has gotten more gift decisions than oscar...

think before you talk, as for Vargas well I'll put it as simple as I can, any fighter who takes that kind of beating either continues strong or slowly wrecks and Vargas slowly wrecked, you can't sit there and tell me that the Vargas who fought De La Hoya was the same as the one who fought a HARDER hitting Tito and the one who beat Wright, for one he wasn't on steroids for those fights and didn't gas out or fall so soon.. Oscar for the past 5 years with the exception of Sturm and Floyd has fought nothing but Trinidad opponents and he lost to Hopkins SOONER than what Trinidad did AND he didn't go down for 10 like your boy, Trinidad is better where it counts.
Trinidad nice with his don't get me wrong, but Oscar beat him in that fight dog. You say what if he hadn't been on the defensive, well he was and it was Tito's job to catch him and he didn't.

But I ain't taking nothing away from Tito tho, in victory or defeat, he's one of the classiest people in the sport, and he's a gaurenteed hall of famer

I remember that. I also remember that 5 minutes later, his ass was on the canvas twice. That was the beginning of the end of his career.

This thread clearly was there to set a trap for Oscar lovers, and you have been jumping on them hardcore in this thread.

It's not even that big of a deal, everyone does it. I just make fun of it by putting "Bait Thread:" in my titles when I make one.

Miguel Angel Gonzalez vs Oscar De La Hoya = gift for Oscar
Pernell Whitaker vs Oscar De la Hoya = gift for Oscar
Ike Quartey vs Oscar De La Hoya = gift for Oscar
Felix Sturm vs Oscar De La Hoya = gift for Oscar

Without all these gift decisons Oscar would have a 38-10 record. Even Arturo Gatti has a better record than that. Hardly hall of fame material.
couldn't have said it better than this..

I'm not an Oscar lover. I respect his game and his accomplishments. It's just that from time to time you just have to put someone in their place like the rugrat that they are.
