Ike Quartey was an A level fighter.

Oscar beat at their prime G. Hernandez , R. Ruelas, Quartey, Trinidad( Don't care what the judges said)MosleyII. On top of that, He has defeated the most past and currrent champions of any fighter today. What has Ferocious Fernando VERGAS done...... I hear crickets chirping.

John John Molina vs Oscar De La Hoya = gift for Oscar
Miguel Angel Gonzalez vs Oscar De La Hoya = gift for Oscar
Pernell Whitaker vs Oscar De la Hoya = gift for Oscar
Ike Quartey vs Oscar De La Hoya = gift for Oscar
Felix Sturm vs Oscar De La Hoya = gift for Oscar

Without all these gift decisons Oscar would have a 38-10 record. Even Arturo Gatti has a better record than that. Hardly hall of fame material.
Hater! DLH clearly won the Molina and Gonzalez fight, Quartey And Whitaker where close but he won, Sturm was close but he did lose.

Mh, I would like to remember that he even won the Trinidad fight by 2 points and against Mosley II.

I don't kno if he's Hall Of Fame anymore, but he beat Ike Quarty when he was undefeated, he also beat Rafael Ruelas for the lightweight title and Ruelas prior to the Oscar fight had a 40-1 records
