Those real killers had damn near perfect records when they got whupped by oscar.

As for D Weins, I like how you exposed dude, but its not even that we oscar lovers, its just whether u like someone or not you gotta give credit where its due.

When crillz bought up Trinidad, I coulda sed Oscar won the fight, and that Trinidad got killed by Wright and Hopkins and Jones, but i'm not a hater, I don't just look at the negatives, I look at the positives as well

      I could have...

If he is going to mention the really close fights like Gonzalez as gifts, it is more than appropriate to mention Trinidad and Mosley II as gifts for Trinidad and Mosley...

It's pretty weak to not even try to address the alternate side of the argument... especially when the alternate side of the argument has such a credible point when examined compared to the original idea.

In Lehman's terms: If you are going to call close fights robberies for Oscar, you have to call close fights robberies against Oscar too.

This thread clearly was there to set a trap for Oscar lovers, and you have been jumping on them hardcore in this thread.

It's not even that big of a deal, everyone does it. I just make fun of it by putting "Bait Thread:" in my titles when I make one.
go back and read it. i didn't jump on them. they got offended and defensive instead of having intelligent debate. oscar fans tend to do that. and when their points are proven invalid they get upset and call me a hater like that is some type of insult.

i've told everyone i can't stand, hate that clown. not as a person, as a fighter. he is a trinidad wannabe and an embarassment to mexican fighters.

think before you talk, as for Vargas well I'll put it as simple as I can, any fighter who takes that kind of beating either continues strong or slowly wrecks and Vargas slowly wrecked, you can't sit there and tell me that the Vargas who fought De La Hoya was the same as the one who fought a HARDER hitting Tito and the one who beat Wright, for one he wasn't on steroids for those fights and didn't gas out or fall so soon.. Oscar for the past 5 years with the exception of Sturm and Floyd has fought nothing but Trinidad opponents and he lost to Hopkins SOONER than what Trinidad did AND he didn't go down for 10 like your boy, Trinidad is better where it counts.
You truly believe that Trinidad would have knocked him out? Knowing what we know now about DLH's chin, Trinidad wouldn't have knocked him out much less knocked him to the 3rd row. As a matter of fact, I think if DLH had not played it so safe and decided to stand his ground, Trinidad would have been the one knocked out.

Can you really be angry that people call you haters when you type stuff like ^?

Anyways, I don't like Oscar at all.

I'm just saying that you should probably mention the close fights that went against Oscar too if you call De La Hoya-Gonzalez a "gift for Oscar".

But I ain't taking nothing away from Tito tho, in victory or defeat, he's one of the classiest people in the sport, and he's a gaurenteed hall of famer
true that, I'm going to re-watch that fight and score it for myself again, true story though you right about Trinidad needing to switch up to adapt to Oscar, Oscar KNEW he would pay big time if he chose to fight instead of Box like he usually does and claims to always do but on the other side of the coin Tito should have been able to deal better, straight up double edged sword if you think about it.

You don't deserve a reply! Just respect a guy who loves boxing (and an amateur fighter too) in a country where SKY or TV don't pass anything about boxing.

Everything I know about boxing has been created downloading fights (350), reading books in english from Amazon... All by myself.

                  Respect me.

GTFOH. i've seen enough of your posts to know that sometimes you are objective and speak to both sides of an issue and sometimes you don't.

you ain't know different than the rest. jst like the bait job you just pulled by even bringing the subject up.

so don't try to act like you are some type of self righteous, politically correct poster boy for fairness.
