Maybe you were watching a diff fight. One judge even had it dead even at the time of the KO. Go watch it without a bias mind, you might see at least one round.

who cares if Gonzales was winning every ****in round before he got KO'ed.
        He got KO'ed.
        Boxing is a game.
And in a game there is a winner and a loser.
Unfortunately for Gonzales, he was the loser.

That fight leaves me no doubt that Gonzalez is a better fighter than Penalosa. He fought for like 50 seconds combined for the entire fight, and one of his punches landed perfectly.

Maybe no need see more fights of Gerry Penalosa! Here's more for you~~~

Penalosa is far excellent fighter than Manny Pacquiao!!!

I'm sad for Gerry his coming bout will be cancelled... He should fight his mandatory ASAP, so that he can move on with the rematch with DPdL!!!

Penalosa has having a hard time fighting an opponent who is not willing to fight, like Jhonny Gonzales..... Sure Gonzales could have win that fight by decision but its boring... because he's not willing to mix it up with Penalosa!!!

Landing that punch was his intention the entire fight and when it landed its a fluke? FYI Penalosa has kayoed many fighters with the same body shot.

I honestly had not seen either fighter before I watched that fight. I don't take side in Phillipines vs. Mexico, I find the whole thing ****ing ******. I still didn't see a round to give to Penalosa, beacuse he was stalking Gonzalez without throwing for 2:30 minutes of every round. That's just how I saw it.

Gerry Penalosa is an idiot and bad fighter if he seriously goes into fights with the strategy of landing one KO punch and having no intention of actually winning rounds in case the KO doesn't come.

ANY fighter that doesn't have a strategy to win rounds in a fight is an idiot.

Penalosa got lucky plain and simple, the **** that cracks me up is what the pinoys are saying that "he was planning that shot the whole time" LMFAO...lucky should be his nickname...

Penalosa sucks period, too bad Gonzalez cant make weight anymore, or else he would've gotten his belt back easy.

Penalosa a 35-year old "bum" is now on a title defense. Panchito Bojado at 24 the supposed "next OLDH" is now a journeyman. Live with it.
