I'd guess Hatton. Cotto was much less developed when they were both at 140. Hatton already had his big win and was already pretty established.

I'd actually say Cotto wins by an early TKO against Cotto at 147...

this is also taking into account how developed each fighter was at each weight. Now, Cotto beats Hatton big at 147... when they were both at 140, Cotto was still pretty green, and he had some trouble with lesser fighters than Hatton.
