Everyone can say Winky is coming off of a loss, because he is.

But I don't know how people can say that he looked like **** in his last fight or had a "weak performance", because he has looked as good as anyone has against Bernard's style that he adopted during his middleweight reign.

Winkys my man! But a poor showing against BHOP and Taylor clearly shows the Wins against Sugar Shane and Tito that he was the better man on those nights but if he stopped Taylor or got the Decision things mite have been different..

Did you really think Winky had poor showings against Taylor and Hopkins? That is crazy if you actually think that.

I thought the Taylor fight was a draw, but have no problem with either man winning considering rounds 9 and 10 were extremely close for either fighter.

I’m not sure where this attitude is coming from. Whether you like his boxing style or not, here is a guy who took a workman-like approach in his craft and became a champion and a name in the sport. But he is coming off a loss and realistically that means that he has to beat a top fighter or two before getting another “big money” fight.

Like a lot of people I would have been very interested in a Wright-Kessler fight.

I thought Winky clearly beat Taylor.

Well i dont believe he won the Taylor fight, as much as i dislike Taylor (his eyes was as nice as Golota's) i thought he shoulda got the nod. Regardless of the last round. BHOP fight he got psyched out, but at 160 he'd beat BHOP! He has KO people for people to want to see him. Still in my p4p top 5 for sure.

Wright needs to realize he is coming off a loss and take a reputible fight like the Kessler or Abraham fight in order to GET a big fight.
For someone who has been in the game for a long time he sure has no idea how it works.

Coming off of the loss to Hopkins and the draw with Jermain Taylor, Winky would be wise to take the fight with Abraham. A win against a top opponent like Abraham would most likely make Winky the #1 contender to Pavlik...You know what, though? I'd still like to see Taylor-Wright II!
