Winky won't make the 154 limit anymore, except for De La Hoya I think.

I am up for Winky against Kessler, Abraham, and Forrest for sure. I would be happy to see any of those fights get made but it looks like Wright is going to shoot himself in the foot.

if he wants a big money fight he is gonna have to earn it, personally i feel wright should retire but if he ain't he should fight the winner of taylor - pavlik 2 or abraham

I agree, he should stop expecting to get something big and earn it.

whys is winky looking for big money fights? why is he looking for a big name? what makes him dream of having big money fights after his so-so performance... after the trinidad fight? i doubt if winky could get his wish... anyway, there is no harm in dreaming...

                  Hey Winky Calm Down!!!

Winky needs to calm down, he hasn't fought since his weak performance LOSS to B-Hop. He's looking for a big fight (ie: MONEY FIGHT), and claims he isn't interested in fighting Kessler or Abraham. Who is Winky looking to fight? Oscar won't be bothered, B-Hop already beat him, I don't think Calzaghe views him as a good money opponent, based off of the Hopkins fight, Pavlik is slated to fight Duddy, Not sure if Taylor would be interested in fighting him again especially since they didn't have a rematch after their fight. So I wonder if who exactly does Winky want to fight? I know he'd love the Dela Hoya payday, but that aint gonna happen. I wonder if a Roy Jones matchup interests him? How about calling out Edison Miranda? (I doubt he'd have the balls to get in the ring with him). I agree with Larry Merchant Winky needs to take on the 2nd Tier fighters to hopefully re-establish himself as a viable big money opponent. Personally I'd love to see him fight Forrest if he were able to get back down to 154. But if he's gonna stay in the 160-168lb range then he should truly consider fighting Abraham and see if he can lift that title from him, and try to secure a unification bout with Pavlik since he's the middleweight king right now. So Winky please calm down!!!

Wink is my favorite fighter but I agree hes overrating himself. Regardless of if hes won or lost recently hes not an "exciting" fighter and he should accept that

winky's mah boy but damn homie, you need to re-up first to get the big moneys. i dont think he wants to fight kessler because THAT would be a major loss which would be even HARDER to come back from since Kessler hasnt yet broken into the American market. Losing to a somewhat strange foreign fighter would hurt his career to much. whatever happens though, PLEASE DONT FIGHT CORY SPINKS!!! even if he won, it would be so boring, it would be the equivalent to a loss.
