Winky Wright Demands a Big Fight, Big Name

Winky shouldn't fight Kessler, Kessler would surely beat him. He's demanding too much, he just lost his last fight, you can't go 1 step backwards then 2 steps forward.

In other words, he needs to realize that to get a big fight he has to earn it all over again. Mosley gave him his shot and he took advantage big time, but he needs to beat someone like Abraham (I don't think 168 is a good weight for him, so Kessler's out) to get a big fight like Pavlik.

Like I've said before Winky is one of my favorite fighters but I see him making bad moves. Kessler or Abraham would of been very good fights and if he won would have gave him allot of momentum. He's letting precious time slip by. I'm wondering if he feels his self slipping and looking for one last big payday. If not fight your way back up to the top. It's almost like he's tired of the sport, burned out.

at this stage of winky's career, he should of gotten all his "big fights" already....he is pretty much in the way right now, he is not a crowd pleaser,
is not anyone is ducking is just that he is not entertaining...sorry winky but in order to get a big-fight he needs maybe 2 or 3 wins against good opposition,
winky vs kessler would be good, why is he saying he doesn't want to fight a loser, kessler has a better record than winky plus winky also lost his last fight so he cant say ****.....he is just mad that everyone is getting paid and he is not

Couldn't have said it any better myself. I like watching Winky, but I don't think he's realistic about his true market value.

I never have, and never will pay for a Winky fight, unless he fights Pavlik. I see no entertainment in watching him cover up for the majority of the fight, while trying to jab his opponent to death.
