Is any1 offended by hopkins ''white boy'' comment?

I trade the odd insult with my black friends but a) its within a small circle of close friends who know that its a joke, apparently I do a pretty good West Indian accent, but I wouldn't dare joke around with strangers who don't know me from Adam. b) To me, as a white guy, the 'N' word is off limits, period, not even joking with my friends, who, as I've mention in a previous post try to use the word around me as much as possible, cause they know how uncomfortable it makes me feel!!

Bernard didn't mean anything by it, Joe wasn't really offended, by the trash talk sells tickets. The person who has the most to loose is Bernard, because if he loses he's gonna hear that repeated again and again (not to his face, but from passing cars, comedians, the press, here etc.) for a guy thats normal so calculating, he's done one of two things, 1) unnecessarily backed himself into a corner and is already fretting about it or 2) gambled that the 'burnt boats' strategy will drive him on to win.

You guys have to understand racism and how America works socially. It's a fact that whites are in the majority in America. And due to this countries past, having a white call a black dude name, is hugely more racist then what BHOP said. What Bhop said has less meaning.
With that said, I'm white & I think the comment was hilarious. It's trash talking, if you guys take it to heart then your either extremely PC or have been locked up in a box for most of your life.

Bernard stereotyped an entire race in an unflattering way, that is what is known in legal terms as "inciting racial hatred", that piece of **** should be back in prison, but save it till after hes been whupped by Joe, so all the black inmates can pisstake him and hopefully painfully violate his ******* in the shower.

I doubt anyone is seriously hurt by his comments. I think people are upset that he TRIED to make a hurtful comment and/or that they are frustrated by the "double standard". It may be a double standard but you got to take into consideration the past and present racism against blacks that would make the reverse comment much worse.

I seriously hope people aren't calling for Hopkins head during the fight because of his 'anti-white' comment though I know some will be. You might as well pack up and move over to **********.org (white nationalist site) during the fight because these are the same people you would be siding with.

I feel offended by B-hops comments, Had it been the other way round Calzaghe would have been condemned by almost everyone, But i like the class Calzaghe has show in the buildup to the fight.

That's because some black people have a persecution complex and some white people feel they can prove themselves to be tolerant and open-minded by apologising for things they haven't done at every opportunity.

I have been on the receiving end of racism, and I truly think anyone caught saying anything that could be construed as having a racial motive should be thrown in prison to die, rot and then be fed to pigs.
