Is any1 offended by hopkins ''white boy'' comment?

****, this whole argument has really degenerated, since I was on this afternoon!!!

The one thing I think that needs addressing is the 'if a black man can say why can't a white person say it back?'
The answer 'Historically, it hasn't been a level playing field, historically the majority of black people have been through alot more **** than we have. Now, while I'm not about to apologise for the actions of our forebears two hundred years ago (the Arabs traded far more ****** than Europe and for longer), I'm prepared to turn the other cheek for the odd comment without responding with the 'n' word

correct my English ignorance but would i be right to say, calling a black man 'a boy' is as offensive as the 'n' word if the person saying it is white? (something to do with the south??). If you say 'hey white boy' the 'boy' does have the same historical connetations and is therefore not so offensive

boy is it's offensive i don't know if its just as offensive i think the N word is just something you shouldn't say if your not black, but saying white boy isn't all that offensive so bernard did this to sell tickets i'm not offended, as joe says we will see what happens in the ring

I'm pissed off by political correctness.. I mean jesus christ some ****ers can't even say black because they think it could be an issue. I remember this woman telling me when I worked at the airport in the summer that I had to give a walkie talky to this guy. She described him as 'tall, slim, with glasses'............she left out that he was black. WTF is that?

I hate these silly wankers that apologise for slavery. Who are they to apologise for it anyway?.....remember those ****s who went around in chains on the anniversary of slavery. That made me cringe so hard.

If you get pissed off about someone booing your national anthem then my advice to you would be to get a life and if your comment about turning cities to glass is a reference to WW2 then I have to remind you that you weren't turning anything to dust until Britain took a stand against the lunatic with the mustache.

It's the same when the St Georges flag is viewed as racist?, and how some shopping malls banned christmas trees, Also t girl who took her school to court because they wouldn't let her wear a burka. What about the girl who was refused a job in hairdressers because she wore a head scarf.

Im not offended at all. I also dont think its for the hype of the fight,who cares if he doesnt like white people, thats his problem. Hes probably missing out on some good friends. Its just sad that after all of Hopkins success & millions he is bitter and pathetic enough to stoop to such a level. Hes a lousy role model for any kids who may have idolized him and wanted to pursue boxing because of his accomplishements.
Wheres Al Sharpton comdemning Hopkins statements?
