Actually Floyd is a natural lightweight who happens to be so good he was allowed to dominate all the weight classes up 2 welterweight. It also happens he is 31. Cotto is 27. Cotto is favored to win if the fight ever happens that's for sure but you never know with Mayweather, he's a true great..

Arum and cotto aint ******, its a catch 22 for them, cotto can try to pressure floyd and get countered hard, or try to outbox floyd and get outboxed. Cottos boxing skills are underated, defensivley he is better, bottom line is, he couldnt see zab judah's left hand and that hurt him, i highly doubt he will be able to see floyd mayweather's right hand, plus when that fight happens mayweather isnt gonna put himself in position for cotto to fire combinations.

There are just too many ways cotto can get hit before he even gets into range, mainly with right hands, jabs if needed and particualry the left hook. If he can land the jab he has chance, but its not a fast jab. His tendacy to plod forward whilst trying to land it may work against him, because he is fighting someone that is gonna try and time him the moment he moves into range, then move, cotto will follow in, probably get timed again and will have to start over again.

There arent many ways he can win that fight, personally i think the main way floyd loses this fight is if he has a bad night.
