YEA I AGREE AND I BET HIS RIBS WERE HURTING DID YOU SEE THE MOVEMENT OF HIS BODY WHEN HE STARTED TO FEEL THE SHOTS

A domination , in my opinion, is more like a five round, four knockdown, destruction where your opponent is left weeping on the canvas he got his ass beat so hard.

Get over it, stop hating on Margarito bacause he beat the living **** out of your idol, everyone loses.

I respect Marg for losing his belt in the Ring rather then get it stripped. PW is a force to be reckoned with and instead of doing a FMJ move MArgo fought another top welter and lost. I think the fight was close enough to warrent a rematch, but also feel that PW isnt obligated to give him one at this moment. The division is deep enough for more good fights to get made.

I think Margarito loses the rematch. Margarito is not old but as far as he goes with boxing and his style he is what he is. Williams on the other hand is young and still improving. I don't think Margarito starting earlier in the rematch is going to make a difference in the outcome because I feel Williams will be improved in other departments which will make him come out the winner again. See even Margarito feels all he has to do is start sooner while Williams can improve on certain things and make it a easier fight. Williams has more skill than Margarito and improving those skills and his weaknesses should lead him to another win.

Fighters like Margarito need to understand that they won't be able to pressure and break the will of every opponent. When they can't do that in a fight what else do they have to fall back on?

As a fellow cintron fan, im surprised you saw it that way. that's like saying cintron was dominated by jesse feliciano (which i, along with the judges, disagree with). Margarito landed much higher quality punches than did Williams. Williams barely won, both on the scorecards and in the ring. I will agree that he won, but he didnt dominate by any stretch of the word. It reminded me of Hopkins/Taylor part I, where taylor won, but came out looking like raw meat from getting beat up and hopkins looked like he went for a light jog. The fight wasnt even entertaining until marg started to come on. Pitterpatter punches-o'-love arent exactly exciting. I actually got up and played darts during the early rounds.

marg knocks him out if they fight again. other than margarito and cintron (both have similar size to paul and more power), i think pwill has a pretty good advantage over the other welters.

I respect your thought on margarito, but disagree on pw not obligated to give margarito a rematch. I think as a boxer he should be very thankful that margarito gave him an opportunity to fight him for the belt. Marg could have easily taken the easier fight and more money to fight cotto. Pw should take that into consideration and offer the man a chance to win the belt back. If marg starts early there's no question margarito beats pw maybe even stops him.

Margarito is my FAVORITE fighter. PW was MArgarito mandatory and was for a while, MArg was to be stripped or fight his Mando. PW deserved the fight. That doesnt warrent a rematch. Yes he couldve fought Cotto but the money was gonna be around the same.
