Lmao = at the steroid arguement, since when did steriods give you boxing talent?

    Overrated possibly, most overrated nope.

A certain poster in this thread actually put Joe calzaghe no 9 in the all time p4p list, thats really overrating a fighter.

Winning titles in 4 or so different weight classes is still a great achievement, its not as if fighters do that frequently within an era so jones deserves his dues for that.

So you think steroid abuse is OK in Boxing?
I wonder why absolutely no-one else does especially those who run the sport.....

I think this is the frist time a formor Welter weight champ has fought a heavyweight champ. It explains RJJs whole carrer, always wanting a total mismatch.
            What?

Last year Roy offered Calzaghe a 40/60 split to go to wales and fight, calzaghe turned that down

He also offered Hopkins a 40/60 split last year and hopkins said no too. You seen the video of Bernard on hbo demanding 50/50 a few years ago to move up and fight jones, when jones has already beat him and was the draw? Pitiful.

Thankyou thankyou thankyou. the steroids would possibly give you more punch resistance, muscle mass but NOT boxing ability, which is what, after all , Roy is known for best, boxing ability. And dont forget, he tested positive and maybe had an unfair advantage in ONE fight

Where did i say anything about steriod abuse being ok or not

Steriods do not increase boxing talent, simple as that, so if you judge Jones by his talent you wouldnt place a high value on that test.

Roy is finished so why would Calzaghe give him a fight especially 40/60.
