You honestly call the first match-up a fight where ROY handled anything? He laid on the ropes the majority of the night and got punched/punched at. I don't care if he won the fight or not. It wasn't a great showing but Roy clearly won the bout. Maybe I am grasping at straws but I still believe Roy has enough left to make some noise before he hangs them up.

The first fight with Tarver was debatable was it not and therefore the reason for the Re-match where Roy got KTFO.
Roy also tried his hardest to avoid that re-match by trying to have Tarver removed as his mandatory or is your memory of history failing you?
Also you say Roy can still impress....can you please tell me when he was impressive against stellar competition since his last loss.
I didn't see anything in the pair of no-hopers he beat.
Roy WAS A BIG NAME but as far as current events go he isn't on anyone's radar at the top.
And he cannot demand any real size of the purses anymore.

The doubters are why he continues to fight. They say he has nothing left so he is out there to prove something. Time will tell if he will fall flat on his face or if he will rebound again. I for one will be waiting in anticipation.
