If you are really 10% BMI then you are going to have quite a time shedding 65lbs to get down to lightweight. I imagine a 5'9'' 200lb person being fairly stout or just plain portly. In your case, you say it's muscle. You can certainly lose lean muscle mass, but close to 65lbs of it is probably way more than you want to. I would think junior middle-middle weight might be a better target weight given your current BMI.

good statement,i agree totally,if you are 10% bf then i dont think youd wanna get lower then the 180s........
Good luck with it, man. You certainly know yourself better than anyone here. I'm not a trainer myself, but I think that the more important goal might be to improve your cardiovascular conditioning, since you cite that as a weakness. I've learned that I have to eat well to be able to work hard enough to achieve any significant performance gain. Before I used to starve myself to lose weight, but I felt weak when I worked out, so I didn't get much return for my efforts. You could lose plenty of weight without achieving much performance gain. I think you should probably focus on improving your conditioning first. You'll lose weight no question. Not as much as you think, perhaps, but you'll probably be stronger.
