It really just depends on the individual.

Running back and runs sprints track....very athletic and a student of the game looking to take it up part time and see what happens.

Im thinking I could get down to 135...and knock people the **** out espcially being 5-9.

how much body fat do you contain? How's your endurance? Have you ever trained before? And why do you rate your own threads 5 stars?

                I didnt rate this thread.

I have about 10% bf....Im not much of an endurance guy...I run sprints in college...I cant run marathons..but Im in good shape...I trained before but I was like 13 or 14 years old.

Im only 21...so I have time to prepare myself.

Football is definetly the main goal..boxing would be a side thing unless some trainers tell me they see something.

it depends on your frame. but as low as you can go while still maintaining some musculachur. I would say lightweight. and 2 things when you are losing weight, once you do get to the desired weight, wait alteast 1 month for your body to get use to that weight before you get into a real fight. And, if you are 200 pounds right now and training, you'll still have some of that strength even if you lose weight.
