What weight class should a 5-9...200 pounf box at???

      i dont know, are you big bone or what? David Tua is 5'9 and he fought at heavyweight. but James Toney is about 5'9 and could get down to light heavyweight if he really wanted to. it depends on your bone structer.

          Im built more towards the smaller weights...most likely 154 and down.

                    You do know 90% of the running backs in the NFL are no taller than 5-10 and weigh over 200 pounds.
