Kessler is the best he's fought and Kessler is barely an above average boxer. I'm not saying that Calzaghe is bad, but one of the best p4p? I don't think he belongs in the top 10 even. If he gets into the ring with Hopkins, Pavlik, Taylor, or Wright and beats either one of them, than he belongs, otherwise, he is way too overrated.
It's one thing to talk Hopkins, but if you'd pick Wright, Pavlik, or Taylor to beat Calzaghe, you probably haven't watched Joe fight much.

Wright? He was outstanding at 154, but the last two fights have proved he has too little 160 and up. Pavlik would be a walk in the par for Joe. Taylor would be a bigger challenge but would in all likelihood get an ugly beating

I want to put every dumb thing you have said in this thread into my sig, it wouldn't fit though

      Margarito better than Kessler?
Shot Roy Jones better than Calzaghe?
Jermain ****ing Taylor better than Calzaghe?
Calzaghe not in top 10 P4P?
Williams' win over Margarito means more than Calzaghe's wins over Kessler,Lacy, Eubank etc...?

You have issues with boxers from outside the USA, apparently because Calzaghe hasn't beaten another American (because he has beat plenty) he isn't good.

      Pathetic, really.

I have not seen such a profound display of ignorance since EliteSoldier stopped posting.

I dont see anyone beating him at that wieght class.
Maybee if he moves up it may cost him. He can box for a white guy and the man has alot of hart.

THE MEDIA MADE KESSLER THIS SUPER STAR, BUT WHO DID KESSLER BEAT. **** THE RECORD. LOOK AT HATTONS RECORD AND LOOK WHAT HAPPENED TO HIM WHEN HE FACED AN ELITE BOXER. WHAT EVER SCARED YOU ABOUT KESSLER SKILLS??? WHEN ARE YOU GOING TO LEARN, ABOUT THE MEDIA, AND AGENDA'S THEY HAVE.

This topic probably was fueled by what I have in my signature. So I guess in some ways I'm to blame.

I'm canadian. stop assuming. I don't prefer any country over another. I don't look at boxers by their, race, nationality or even personality when it comes to boxing skills and accomplishments.
