This is actually true. Just the other day I saw a kid getting lectured by his father who threatened to make him watch the "Money May" v Baldomir fight which would put anybody to sleep.

Happily asleep, I expect, from watching such a masterful boxing performance that eases the mind after such a pleasant experience of seeing Greatness.

Heres some facts, Ricky hatton is the most famous person in Manchester by far, EVERYBODY knows him and apart from the odd united fan everybody loves him. I can't speak about the rest of the uk as I am from Manchester.
Fact 2 - Floyd mayweather is not a household name in the uk.
Boxing fans know of him but they knew him b4 the fight. Another thing, Mayweather is more famous in the uk than Oscar

I could go out right now and chap on the doors of one hundred houses and ask the residents if they were familiar with Floyd Mayweather, and i'd be seriously surprised if more than 5 of them knew who Mayweather was.
