Oscar leeched off of Mayweather's status, Floyd leeched onto Oscar's star power. The difference is that Mayweather has more star power AND a better status than Cotto. He doesn't need him for anything.

PPV is not the same as selling out MSG. The puerto ricans always show support. His PPV sales are what I am referencing, and as far as PPV, he's not a draw.
