Leonard - Hearns x2, Duran x2, Hagler, Benitez and most in a short period of time too.
as big a fan of Mayweather as I am, Mayweather would have to complete, Hatton and Cotto to add onto Castillo, Corrales, Hernandez, and DLH.
Castillo, Corrales and Hernandez was a great first part of his career. Now he has the opportunity to finish it with a stretch of DLH, Hatton and Cotto. Castillo and Hernandez could possibly make the HOF one day. Heck it wouldn't surprise me for Corrales to make the HOF one day. DLH will definitely make the HOF. Hatton and Cotto would/could be wins vs two young threats in their primes for linear championships who both have the tools to be future HOFers. So they would help seal a legacy for Floyd.
Because of Cotto's popularity and how well he has done, Floyd would get a lot more props to beat the undefeated Puerto Rican in a big MSG or Las Vegas battle for the Welterweight Championship. Meaning assuming he beats Hatton, Cotto would do more money wise and career wise than a Margarito or Williams.Comment

and Hagler fought closely with a lightweight Duran...Hagler lost to a welterweight and retired Leonard
Hearns knocked out a lightweight Duran
Hagler knocked out a weltweight Hearns
my point being that modern boxing isn't the birth of great fighters fighting smaller guys...this has been going on for years
plus Floyd was a former super featherweight and even 140/147 has been pushing it for him...some of you talk as if Floyd is a natural Middleweight fighting a lightweight...Hatton walks around at 180, is young and physically very strong...part of his trouble with Collazo was Collazo's style and skill...not just size
at least Hopkins beat his weltweights who moved up...one of them being in his prime...fans would have blasted Hopkins had he avoided Trinidad who at the time looked destructive at welterweight, jr middleweight AND middleweight...
Floyd has a longer reach and a couple of inches...however he is no natural cruiserweight or anything...Comment

Trinidad was NOT in his prime and definitely NOT at his most effective weight when he fought Hopkins.
Yeah, you can tell by looking at his face when he's out of fight shape. I mean he didn't get the nickname "Fatton" out of nowhere.Comment
