You see, I would of had Castillo winning the fight, if he didn't lose 5 of the first 6 rounds.
I like everyone else who watched the fight, saw Castillo almost dominate the second half of the fight. Unfortunately for Castillo, with the point deduction, and him completely throwing away the first 5 rounds of the fight, he lost a hard-fought, close decision.Last edited by deliveryman; 11-25-2007, 07:19 PM.Comment

So even after two fights both of which floyd won that clearly shows hes the better boxer and rightly won. Just because people who think they no boxing score fights on aggression doesn't mean they win just because they amp up the crowd. I suggest you watch again my sonComment

Floyd is 39-0 with victories over
Hernandez -top 130lb at only 17-0 in his first year as a pro.
Corrales - undefeated and rated #5 p4p
Castillo 2x - Top guy at 135 at that time
Judah - former undisputed champ and 2-division champ. Just as fast as floyd with more punching power. Overall Floyd was the better fighter.
Baldomir - Should have been the Undisputed champ but didn't pay all the sanctioning fees so he only won the WBC title. He was still considered the linear, recognized, Ring Magazine Welterweight Champ.
Delahoya - a 6-division champ and WBC jr.middle-champ at the time floyd defeated him. Floyd became 5-division champ on May 5th.
Hatton - a top 10 p4p fighter and a 2-division champ who was undefeated at the time Floyd fought him.Comment

7 rounds to 5 on two of the judges scorecards is "decimating" these days? Interesting. A close decision against a Castillo with 52 professional fights after clearly losing the first fight and getting a gift. Impressive.Comment
