I think Hatton wins early. He wants to beat Jose to the punch and cause first blood, and Jose just isn't the best on the backfoot. I can see Ricky stepping around and landing a bodyshot against a grounded Castillo when Jose's not in his territory on the frontfoot, Jose has always been a slow starter and three or four rounds, 600+ seconds is a long time for Ricky to find the moment to set his feet right and see an opening to the body. When Ricky's feet are positioned right and he hits to the body, no human body can stay upright, if he doesn't position his feet right but still has them levered and hits the body the opponent is not going to be the same for 10-20 seconds. And he can land under the floating rib, behind the elbow or up the solar plexus equally as well.
Ricky wins early. But if it goes a few rounds, it'll end up being a 12-round war with Castillo coming out on top. Every one of Hatton's bodyshot blow-outs have been in four rounds or less, never into the later rounds.
Castillo would need time to measure Hatton and if he did, he's simply a more polished technician. He's a master at cutting off the ring, although he wouldn't need to against Hatton. His left hand work is some of the best the business has seen, hooking off the jab to the head or body, left uppercuts, in-tight uppercut whips with either hand and switching to the body as fast as pie. Once Castillo would start getting off first, he'd take over.
