LMAO people are so off with 9-11. Cotto was backing up and boxing. He won 9 and 11 after watching again, and the 10th was made to sound a lot worse than it really was. Mosley landed one good right hand, and the commentators shot their load.

I'm just going to call Lampley Hitler from now on because his words ****ing brainwash people into thinking what he says.

Actually........I don't see how people think Cotto won that fight. That was as clear as possible of a draw as you can get.

I believe Cotto was hurt BADLY. Fortunately for Cotto, even though he is easily hurt, he has amazing recuperative abilities, and the short time the ref gave him was enough to let him last out the round.

It did look different than we are use to seeing from Cotto when hurt, but had that been any other fighter, it was quite apparent that he was hurt. Its what Jermaine Taylor looked like when he was hurt. Its what most fighters look like when they are hurt. Mosley didn't suddenly move in for the kill for no reason, he is smarter than that.
We can both speculate about it, and who knows, you may be right. But, I just watched the fight again and I did not get the impression that Cotto was hurt at all. He was moving back in the face of an aggressive attack when the ref stepped in. Evidently, the ref didn't think his action was foiling Mosely. Steward didn't seem concerned in his comments even though Lampley animated. I just think that we all were surprised to see Cotto moving backwards like that, but we know Cotto employed this tactic throughout the last 1/4 of the fight...effectively. We will disagree on this one.

how about mosley clearly winning the 11th except for a great left hook for cotto.....?

it was not jsut HBO who thought Mosley may have won, Mexican television had Mosley winning.....and they have a great relationship with Top Rank but they kept it real...they said it was anybody's fight.....maybe a draw....

i had it a draw...but i just wish mosley retires...

That's not to say that Norris doesn't have skills, it just didn't og long enough for me to see almost any of them. He hurt him so early, that he looked like a straight up brawler in that fight.
