even though i was impressed with cotto. This was the ugly side of boxing showing its head again. The same thing happened in the Kessler Calzaghe fight. I think a few people had Cotto penciled in to win even before the fight happened.

So do I, that was Mosley's last real push in the fight. He threw every ounce of energy he had into getting Cotto hurt that bad, then the ref pulled him off and let Cotto recover. That was pretty ****ed up.

Mosley didn't have the energy to follow up on anything he did after that point in the fight. I think the ref might have saved Cotto from a stoppage.
