Sorry fellas... he just doesnt. He has no power and slaps from diff angles. Kessler should have wore his ass out but seemed to not like being hit or slapped. He should have not backed up as much as he did and went forward with his straight shot and not have worried about being hit. There is noway those punches hurt him. Also listening to the the commentators ( i forget there names atm) talk about how great Calzaghe is doesnt sit right with me. That all i have to rant about im sure there is another post about this fight i missed but its late time for bed.

If it takes a "legend" to "expose" somebody then they're not being "exposed". They are just that good that only a legend can cause them some problems. I suggest you invest in a good dictionary.

It sadens me that calzaghe was ducked by hopkins and other top american fighters ie jones in his prime.

His prime was about 4-5 years ago. but with that said he beat a potentielly great fighter in kessler at the back end of his career. kessler is without doubt the second best at super middle and i dare say beat every light heavy bar a couple.

If kessler carrys on he'll prove me right and try telling calzaghes ko victoms his punches dont hurt. for what its worth calzaghe did himself and his fans proud. He is a great all rounder and a great fighter for me. Oh and unfortunatey some guys here are patriots first and boxing fans second!!!!

I'll admit before this fight I felt Calzaghe was good, but I questioned his quality of opponents. Then with this fight with Kessler he totally impressed me. I mean I know his punches may not pack a huge punch, but his hand speed is great and he just keeps on throwing punches. Nothing Kessler did seemed to discourage him and everytime Kessler seemed to raise his game, Calzaghe stepped his up even more. I like what Emmanuel Steward was saying about him that he is just a fighting machine. Kessler fought good and gave a valiant effort, but Calzaghe is just better.
