I've heard this from Kelly so it might be a bit biased but he quoted on his site "They were really close fights. Both of those fights could have gone either way" I read somewhere that the Hanshaw-Pavlik was tied up going into the last round and they went to war in the final round Hanshaw came out the victor. But you know how amateur scoring is
Just watch I believe the second round of Jirov-Tarver on youtube and you'll see how bad amateur scoring is

you and i have been on this board too long to know full well that the roy jones topic of why he didint fight the best all the time wasnt always his fault, yes some of it falls on him, but it also falls on others as well, im not gonna sit here and explain myself (cop out) when you know the search function details 10million threads detailing his resume.
or just ask super lightweight/juy

Once again though u r proving my point that i stated before. look at my first post, what did i say. i said, and u prove my point, that all u dellusional roy jones fans do nothing but talk about his past when he was in his prime, i don't see u defending him now saying he could be beat pavlik or even taylor. He has no business making fun of taylor sayin how he knew he was goin to lose and how he looked like **** against his last 6 opponents. last time i checked roy didnt do so hot in his last couple of fights either, gettin brutally knoccked out in two of them, losing a horrible decision in which he did nothing, looked like crap almost gettin ko in the first round by prince ajamu, then beatin hanshaw in something that was nothin special at all. If he fought hopkins again now he would lose, if he fought wright he would lose, and if he fought pavlik he would be killed, and it would be a lot worse of a knockout than what pavlik did to taylor.Last edited by the Bender; 10-31-2007, 03:37 PM.Comment
