Pacquiao should NOT be above Mayweather.

Hopkins is WAY too high for someone fighting ONCE per year.

Wright at 6???? He should be lower tier.

Calzaghe at 10? A guy undefeated for over a decade is WAY TOO LOW, especially under guys like , Vazquez and Marquez.

    Juan Manuel TOO HIGH.

Yeah, but undefeated champ for 10 years! That gets him in. We're not arguing about whether or not he is #1 or #2. But, I have no problem with him being in top ten. He can't be ignored, especially after destroying Lacey like he did.

If Calzaghe fought nobody, then Hopkins fought nobody. Hopkins competition during his run was no better if not just as good as the guys who Calzaghe fought.

I'd put a MW Trinidad, Joppy, Eastman, et al above anybody that Slappin' Joe was facing.

And Hopkins went on a Taylor-Taylor-Tarver-Winky run.

Here is the opposition that was available for CalSlappy:

              Roy Jones
              Bernard Hopkins
              Antonio tarver
              Winky Wright
              Jermain taylor
              Glen Johnson
              Kelly pavlik
              James Toney
              etc...

Somehow, Joe couldn't make a single one of those fights happen.

You say that now but its not what was being said by almost all before he completely dominated Lacy.

You way overate Taylor? He closely decisioned a very old Hopkins twice, managed a draw against an ageing Wright and pulled a SD over a blown up Welterweight in Spinks. If he was that good surely he would have dominated these fighters?

Don't get carried away with Pavlik, after all Taylor was probably winning the fight and Pavlik had to get off the floor to win, hes a puncher so......he's not even in Calzaghe's league yet, surely you see that?
