Elorde is a legendary & great champion but i don't consider him better than Pacquiao like most older Pinoys do. I don't consider Navarrete as great either, he has a glass jaw like that kid Boomboom.

The thing with Mexico is that they have thousands of boxers, unlike in the Philippines it's less than a hundred that's why it follows that Mexico has more champions than Philippines.
