Hatton v. Tszyu...the truth

I did not "run down Tszyu".

I just stated a fact. That it is odd for a fighter with alot left to retire. Usually, fighters push on one or two (or more) fights past where they should. Guys don't normally retire with gas in the tank. Especially when there are a ton of good opponents and big money fights in their weight class.

Is that a statement that you are disagreeing with?

With regard to the Hatton fight, I have read many posts where Hatton fans "hope that Ricky kicks Floyd's ass". FMJ supporters do not hope, pray or dream that Floyd will win. They EXPECT Floyd to win. Just a difference of perspective.

Well, in my thread starter here, I set forth exactly why I believe Hatton will win. No "dreams." No "hopes". I have further said that this fight is going to be a close run affair, IMO. If Floyd wins impressively, I will give him the credit he deserves. And, by the way, I think even you can see the opportunity I've given Floyd to erase alot of valid criticism regarding his record. Surely, you can see how it's setting up.

This is why I am objective regarding Floyd. Absolutely.

Well it is a FACT that the Ring magazine had Kostya Tszyu at number three p4p in November 2005. It is also a FACT that before the fight Ricky was given very little chance to win by anyone. It is also a FACT that as a result of his victory over Tszyu Hatton won Fighter of the Year in the Ring's annual awards.

Yes....as a matter of fact I believe I've owned you from day one. Reason? Because all you do is run down others that you disagree with. My skepticism stems from some of the things that people have said. I'm not certain if you were one of those. If Floyd "outboxes" Hatton, will you give him credit? If he neutralizes Hatton's style, and potshots and moves to a solid-but-clear decision, will that elevate your opinion of FMJ?

It is a FACT that I said nothing about Hatton's win not being impressive. I would also agree with the statement that Hatton's win over Tszyu is a bigger accomplishment than Mayweather beating De La Hoya. Something tells me you didn't read this thread other than the title pigs.
